The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the whereabouts of James Reginald Flanagan, age 21, of Temple Hills.

 

On November, 11, 2017, deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of River Bay Townhomes, in Lexington Park, for the report of a shooting. Through the course of the investigation, Flanagan was developed as a suspect. Flanagan is currently wanted on the following charges:

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured.  On December 23, 2017, at approximately 10:15 PM, at the 7-11, located on Three Notch Road, in Mechanicsville, Maryland, the suspect placed four packs of Newport cigarettes in his jacket and fled the establishment.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured.  On December 22, 2017, at approximately 2:13 PM, at the 7-11 convenience store, located on Three Notch Road, in Mechanicsville, the suspect pictured used debit card information to remove money from the victim’s bank account.

Assault/Resisting Arrest- On December 23, 2017, Dep. Robinson responded to the 18000 block of Three Notch Road, in Lexington Park, for a report of a disturbance.  Upon arrival Dep. Robinson observed visible injury to the victim, and the suspect Derrick Clifton Marshall, was actively destroying property inside the residence. Marshall was placed under arrest, at which time he became combative and assaulted Dep. Robinson.  Marshall was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property, and Resist/Interfere With Arrest.  CASE# 68220-17

Theft- On December 24, 2017, DFC. Lawrence responded to the 45000 block of First Colony Way in California, reference to a theft.  Upon contacting the complainant it was learned Suspect Lisa Marie West, age 48, of Lexington Park, stole merchandise from the business on December 21, 2017. Theft- On December 24, 2017, Dep. Robinson was in the 21000 block of Great Mills Road, in Lexington Park, when he made contact with Shannon Mae Corbin, age 41, of Lexington Park.  A check of the tag Corbin had on her vehicle indicated the tag had been reported stolen out of Calvert County.  Corbin was charged via criminal citation for Theft.  CASE# 68414-17  (No Photograph Available)


Assault- On December 25, 2017, Dep. Siciliano responded to the 27000 block of Neale Court, in Mechanicsville, to check the welfare of an individual at the residence.  Upon arrival, Suspect Eric Alan Jett, age 34, of Leonardtown, became argumentative and confrontational.  Deputies on the scene were able to determine an assault had taken place, and while conducting that investigation, Suspect Jett assaulted the victim again.  Jett was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 68585-17

Protective Order Violation- On December 27, 2017, Dep. Nauman responded to the 25000 block of Pt. Lookout Road, in Leonardtown, in attempt to locate an individual reference a welfare check.  Suspect Syvie Nicole Fred Marjanowicz, age 46, of Leonardtown, was located, and found to be at a business she was prohibited from being at, per an active Exparte/Protective Order.  Marjanowicz was arrested and charged with Violate Exparte/Protective Order.  CASE# 68764-17

Obstructing and Hindering-  On December 27, 2017, Dep. Ball conducted a traffic stop in the 38000 block of Golden Beach Road, in Mechanicsville.  A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle at which time the operator William Mark Kendall, age 36, of Newburg, became uncooperative.  Suspect Kendall remained uncooperative and failed to follow lawful instructions and was placed under arrest for Obstructing and Hindering.  CASE# 68883-17

Assault- On December 27, 2017, Cpl. Knott responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation  Center in Leonardtown, regarding an assault between inmates.  Investigation revealed Suspect Eugene Terrill Harris, age 25, of St. Leonard, had assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face.  Harris was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 68896-17

CDS Arrest- On December 27, 2017, DFC. Schultz conducted a traffic stop in the 21000 block of Chancellor's Run Road, in Great Mills.  While DFC. Schultz was conducting the stop, he was approached by Pierre Antonio Butler, age 40, of California, who was on foot in the area.  Butler stated an altercation had taken place with him and the operator of the stopped vehicle.  While speaking with DFC. Schultz it was discovered Butler had a quantity of marijuana on his person.  Butler was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession of Marijuana 10 GM+.  CASE# 68908-17

Theft- On December 28, 2017, while at the Wawa, located in Charlotte Hall, DFC. Smith observed Suspect Jeremy Tyler King, age 35, of California, place numerous items on his person, and attempt to leave the establishment without paying.  DFC. Assault- On December 29, 2017, Cpl. J. Davis responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center located in Leonardtown, for a reported assault.  Investigation revealed Suspect Lance Allen Jones, age  29, of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim after he and the victim had a disagreement.  Jones was charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Contraband - On December 29, 2017, Dep. Nauman responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, located in Leonardtown, for a report of contraband being found on an individual.  Investigation revealed Suspect Shawn Christopher Henderson, age 37, of Ridge, reported to the facility to serve his sentence with marijuana on his person.  Henderson was charged with Possess Contraband at Place of Confinement.  CASE# 69304-17

Assault- On December 30, 2017, Dep. Holdsworth responded to the 43000 block of Hugh Drive, in Hollywood, for a reported assault.  Contact was made with the victim who had visible injuries; the victim advised the injuries were caused by Suspect Lisa Marie Thompson, age 28, of Hollywood.  Thompson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 69462-17

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured.  On January 4, 2018, at the Walmart located in California, Maryland, the suspect attempted to leave the store without paying for a cart full of merchandise. The suspect was confronted by an employee of Walmart, at which time the suspect fled the scene.

Arrest-Assault 1st Degree

On January 6, 2018, at approximately 9:31 PM, deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Chancellor’s Run Road and Amber Drive, in California, for a report of a disturbance involving a knife. Contact was made with the victim, who is employed as a driver.  According to the victim he was hired to transport the suspect, later identified as Andre Charles Hursey, age 28, from Ft. Washington, to an address in St. Mary’s County.  Investigation revealed while the victim and suspect were traveling in St. Mary’s County, an argument ensued between the victim and Hursey.  Suspect Hursey then produced a folding knife, extended the blade, and threatened to kill the victim.

 

The suspect was located walking in the area, and subsequently arrested.  Hursey was charged with Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2ndDegree, and Resist/Interfere with Arrest.

On January 5, 2018, Deputy Robinson responded to the 18000 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for a report of a burglary. Contact was made with the victim, who advised a shed on his property had been entered and numerous items removed.  Through the course of the investigation, Robert Francis Wayne Bridgett, age 28, of Lexington Park, was developed as a suspect. 

 

On January 6, 2018, Suspect Bridgett was located and arrested.  Bridgett was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft $100 to under $1,500.

On January 4, 2018, Deputy Robinson responded to the 20000 block of Red Rose Court, in Lexington Park, for a report of a burglary.  Evidence from the scene indicated the victim’s garage door had been forced open, as well as the interior door leading into the residence.  Contact was made with the victim who advised numerous items had been removed from the home. Through the course of the investigation, Amy Jo Leach, age 31, from Piney Point, and Jessica Renee Miles, age 28, from Piney Point, were developed as suspects. 

 

On January 7, 2018, both suspects were located and arrested; Leach and Miles were both charged with Burglary 1stDegree and Theft $1,500 to under $25,000.

Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision

On January 9, 2018, at approximately 11:42 AM deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Three Notch Road near Tom’s Way, in Lexington Park, for a reported serious motor vehicle collision.  Upon arrival, deputies found two vehicles and a total of five occupants to be involved in the collision.  Due to the serious nature of the collision, the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Collision Reconstruction Unit responded and continued the investigation.

 

Preliminary investigation revealed a 1998 Honda Accord, operated by Kyle William Sullivan, age 21, of Lexington Park was traveling south on Three Notch Road, when the Honda slowed to make a left turn into a private driveway.  A 2011 Ford Ranger, operated by Kyle Lee Akers Redman, age 29, of Avenue, was traveling south on Three Notch Road, when it struck the rear of the Honda.  Passengers in the Honda Accord were Brittney Nicole Luzano, age 21, of Lexington Park, Sarah Elizabeth Rand, age 35, of Lexington Park, and Damian Michael Sullivan, age 3, of Lexington Park. 

 

The operator and adult passengers in the Honda Accord were transported to area Trauma Centers for treatment.  The juvenile was transported from the scene and was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the hospital.  The operator of the Ford Ranger was transported to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital for incapacitating injuries, and has since been released.

Theft Suspects-ID Needed

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured.  On December 31, 2017, the suspects removed tools from a display at the Lowes Home Improvement store located in California, Maryland.  The suspects then attempted to return the tools as well as lumber they had taken from the store, for a cash refund.  The suspects were successful in getting money for the lumber, however the tools were not accepted for return; the suspects then left the store with the tools.

Assault-  On December 30, 2017, Cpl. Kirkner responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in Leonardtown,  for a reported assault between inmates. Investigation revealed Suspect Shatara Shanille Bowen, age 23, of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by throwing a cup of cold tea on the victim during an argument.  Bowen was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 69496-17

Assault-  On December 31, 2017, Dep. Molitor responded to the 19000 block of Oak Court in Lexington Park, for a reported disturbance.  Upon arrival it was determined Suspect Robert Andrew Barrett, age 37, of Lexington Park,  had assaulted two victims inside of the residence. Both victims had visible injury from the incident; while on scene the suspect threatened one of the victims by brandishing a rifle and yelling threats towards the victim.  The suspect was disarmed and it was then discovered Barrett had brandished a BB gun.  Barrett was charged with one count of Assault 1st Degree and two counts of Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 69576-17  (No Photograph Available)






CDS Violation- On December 31, 2017, Cpl. Potter conducted a traffic stop in the 21000 block Great Mills Road in Lexington Park.  A probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle operated by Rico Kinta Keys, age 22, of Lexington Park. The search revealed numerous individual bags of synthetic marijuana inside the vehicle.  Keys was arrested and charged with CDS Possession-Not Marijuana.  CASE# 69655-17

CDS Violation- On December 31, 2017, Dep. Edwards observed a parked vehicle in the 30000 block of Three Notch Road, in Charlotte Hall, with the occupants slumped over inside the vehicle.  While Dep. Edwards was checking their welfare, she observed a glass jar containing suspected marijuana under the operator, Marlee Lynn Stokes' left leg.  A passenger in the vehicle, Robert Gary Lyon Jr., age 35 of Clements, was observed to have a syringe cap on his person, as well as three syringes under the seat where he was sitting. Stokes was removed from the car at which time it was discovered she had numerous prescription pills on her person in a plastic container, and a metal tin.  Also discovered in the vehicle were cut up drinking straws containing a white powdery residue.  Marlee Lynn Stokes, age 32, of Clements was charged with CDS: Possession Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia.  Lyon Jr. was charged with CDS: Possession.  CASE# 69665-17 (No Photograph Available of Stokes)

Assault- On January 1, 2018, Dep. Muschette responded to the 22000 block of Three Notch Road, in California, for a reported assault.  Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated Wayne Tyrome Estep Jr., age 25, of Mechanicsville, was on the premises making noise and disturbing others while awaiting transportation. While Dep. Muschette was conducting the investigation, Estep Jr. struck the victim in the face with a cellphone.  Estep Jr. was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 0002-18

CDS Violation- On January 1, 2018, DFC. Steinbach was checking on the status of a vehicle on the side of the road that was reported to have possibly been involved in an accident, in the 23000 block of  Colton's Point Road, in Clements.  Contact was made with the vehicle operator Terence Llewelyn Mason, age 53, from Morganza. While contacting Mason,  DFC. Steinbach observed a CDS smoking device in plain view inside the vehicle. Further search of the vehicle revealed suspected cocaine in the vehicle and on Mason's person.  Mason was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia.  CASE# 167-18

Assault-  On January 2, 2018, DFC. Lawrence responded to the 45000 block of Foxchase Drive in Great Mills, for the report of an assault.  Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who advised the suspect James Allen Winters, age 38, of Great Mills, had assaulted the victim, injuring the victim's wrist.  Winters was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 255-18

Alcohol Violation- On January 2, 2018, DFC. Beishline observed the suspect, William Alexander Sledge, age 60, of Lexington Park, to have an open container of alcohol at a retail establishment.  Sledge was issued a criminal citation for Alcoholic Beverage Open Container/Retail Establishment.  A few hours later DFC. Beishline responded to the area again for the citizen report of a man acting suspicious inside the business. On January 3, 2018, Dep. Sidorowicz discovered a vehicle stopped in the turn lane in the area of Three Notch Road/ Old Rolling Road, in California, with the operator of the vehicle slumped over the wheel.  Dep. On January 7, 2018, a citizen called and reported a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of traffic in the 26000 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville.  DFC. D. Smith located the vehicle and identified the driver as Christopher Allen Parker, age 35, of Newburg.  Parker was ultimately arrested and charged with Driving Vehicle  While Impaired by Alcohol and Driving Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se.  CASE# 1042-18  (No Photograph Available)




On January 7, 2018, Cpl. Corcoran was investigating a citizen report of a suspicious vehicle on their property in the 13000 block of Pt. Lookout Road, in Ridge.  Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle, William NMN Eckloff Jr., age 58, of Hollywood.  Eckloff was ultimately arrested and charged with Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol.  CASE# 1064-17

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the persons pictured. On January 9, 2018, the suspects drove onto the County Lakes Athletic Field causing damage to the field and a sign.  The athletic field is located at the intersection of Asher Road and Cox Drive in Mechanicsville, Maryland.

Assault- On January 7, 2018, Dep. Budd responded to the 21000 block of Chancellors Run Road, in Great Mills, for a report of an assault.  Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who displayed injuries; the victim advised the injuries were caused by Suspect Tony Sylvester Thompson, age 46, of Great Mills.  According to the victim, Thompson tackled the victim to the ground causing injury to the victim's face and elbow.  Thompson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 1152-18

Weapons Violation/Trespassing- On January 8, 2018, in the 23000 block of Great Mills Road, located in Great Mills,  DFC. Gaskill became aware of a trespasser who was riding his bicycle  through the hallways.  DFC. Gaskill contacted the suspect and identified him to be Donte James Jeter-Prince, age 19, of Lexington Park.  Subsequent to arrest Jeter-Prince was found to be in possession of a folding knife.  Jeter-Prince was arrested and charged with Trespass on school grounds, Dangerous Weapon on School Property, and Dangerous Weapon Conceal.  CASE# 1255-18

Violation of Protective Order- On January 9, 2018, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 41000 block of Shadrick Street, located in Leonardtown, for a reported protective order violation.  Upon arrival

Attempting to Elude Uniformed Police-  On January 9, 2018, Dep. Holdsworth was in the 38000 block of Golden Beach Road, in Mechanicsville, when he observed a vehicle he knows to be operated by an individual with outstanding warrants.  Dep. Holdsworth was able to positively identify the vehicle was being operated by Suspect Jessy James Snead, age 39, of California, who had an outstanding felony warrant.  Dep. Holdsworth attempted to stop the vehicle, at which time the suspect refused to stop and continued to Route 5; the suspect then continued to travel north into Charles County where he was ultimately stopped and taken into custody.  Snead was served the outstanding Violation of Probation Warrant/Armed Robbery; he was also charged with Attempting to Elude Uniformed Police by Failing to Stop and Elude Police by Failing to Stop Vehicle.  CASE# 1391-18

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of the person pictured.  On September 6, 2017, five suspects entered the Chick-fil-A Restaurant, located in California, Maryland, and removed a large water jug the establishment was using to collect monetary donations for Hurricane Harvey victims. The suspects were last seen leaving in a light colored SUV; possibly a Toyota RAV4. All of the suspects have since been identified except for the suspect pictured who is possibly named “Jay” or goes by the nickname “Jay”.
