8-17-2016 – Assault – Deputy J. Bush responded to the 21000 block of Great Mills Road for the report of an assault in progress. The victim alleged the suspect, Timothy Daniel Busby, Jr, age 24, of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim multiples times by choking the victim and grabbing the victim’s arm. The victim displayed visible signs of injury. Busby was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Second Degree Assault. CASE# 42367-16
