8-16-2016 – Assault – Deputy J. Davis responded to the 13000 block of Evergreen Estates Lane in Ridge for the report of a theft and assault. The victim alleged the suspect, Joanna Marie Oneil, age 32, of Ridge, stole cash from the victim’s purse. While investigating the case, the victim also alleged Oneil punched the victim in the face during an argument the day before. The victim displayed signs of injury consistent with the allegations. Oneil was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Second Degree Assault and Theft Under $100. CASE#42194-16
