On View Arrests:


Violate Protective Order- On January 2, 2020, Cpl. Seyfried responded to the 45800 block of Poteat Court in California, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Scott Phillip Franklin, age 43 of California, contacted the victim in violation of valid court order which stated Franklin could only contact the victim under certain circumstances and Franklin did not adhere to the specified circumstances.  Franklin was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.  CASE# 379-20

Assault- On January 2, 2020, Dep. Chase responded to the 26000 block of Baptist Church Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported disturbance.  Investigation determined Jessica Lynn Butler, age 28 of Mechanicsville, assaulted the victim during an argument, causing visible injury.  Butler was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 0393-20

Trespassing- On January 3, 2020, Dep. Raley responded to 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported check the welfare.  Contact was made with William Joseph Goodwin, age 53 of no fixed address.  It was determined Goodwin had previously been served a notice not to trespass for the establishment, and Goodwin was arrested and charged with Trespass: Private Property.  CASE# 509-20

Assault- On January 3, 2020, Dep. Wynnyk responded to the 23200 block of Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined James Allan Winters II, age 40 of Leonardtown, assaulted the victim during an argument by grabbing the victim's arms, closing a door on the victim's foot, and grabbing the victim's throat causing visible injury.  Winters was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 490-20

Assault- On January 5, 2020, Cpl. Connelly responded to the 20800 block of Langley Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.  Investigation determined Jordan Charles Welsh, age 30 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face causing visible injury.  Welsh was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 863-20
