Peace Order Violation-  On September 9, 2019, Dep. Budd responded to the 48800 block of Park Pines Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported peace order violation.  Investigation determined Alvin NMN Thomas, age 58 of Lexington Park, had violated an active court order prohibiting him from being on the victim's property. Thomas was arrested and charged with Peace Order-Fail to Comply.  CASE# 51762-19

Peace Order Violation-  On September 10, 2019, Dep. Fenwick responded to the 48800 block of Park Pines Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported peace order violation. Investigation determined Alvin NMN Thomas, age 58 of Lexington Park, had violated an active court order prohibiting him from being on the victim's property.  Thomas was arrested and charged with Peace Order-Fail to Comply.  CASE# 52085-19

Escape- On September 10, 2019, Dep. Lawrence responded to the 30000 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall, for the reported sentenced inmate walking away from a treatment facility.  Investigation determined Virginia Leigh Bissett, age 24 of Lexington Park, left a court ordered treatment facility she was ordered to attend as part of her pretrial commitment.  Bissett was located and charged with Escape-2nd Degree-Condition of Release.  CASE# 52701-19

Drug Arrest-  On September 10, 2019, Cpl. Connelly responded to the 19800 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing.  Upon arrival the complainant advised Teia Marie Craig, age 32 of Lexington Park, was refusing to leave the victim's residence.  As Craig was gathering her items to leave, Cpl. Connelly observed a plastic straw in Craig's belongings which contained suspected cocaine residue.  Craig was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.  CASE# 52013-19

DUI/Resisting Arrest- On September 10, 2019, Dep. Henry observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway in the 21700 block of Point Lookout Road in Callaway.  Upon checking on the operator, Sean Eugene Alexander Triplett, age 34 of Tennessee, was discovered slumped over the wheel of the vehicle.  Triplett was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and arrested.  Triplett began to pull away from Dep. Henry and attempted to flee the area. Triplett was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol.  CASE# 52148-19

DUI/Drug Arrest-  On September 10, 2019, Dep. Schell responded to a property damage accident in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park. Investigation determined Kathleen Lorraine Byerly, age 51 of Lexington Park, had struck an unoccupied vehicle and then drove to a different spot in the parking lot.  Contact was made with Byerly, who was determined to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  Byerly was arrested and a pill (suspected Oxycodone) was located in Byerly's pocket. Byerly was charged with Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol, Driving Vehicle So Far Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol Cannot Drive Safely, and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.  CASE# 52068-19

Assault-  On September 11, 2019, Dep. Baker responded to the 22000 block of Cartwright Road in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Holly Lynn Gagliarducci, age 29 of Leonardtown, assaulted two victims during an argument.  Gagliarducci threw a cup at one victim and struck the second victim in the face. Gagliarducci was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault 2nd Degree.  CASE# 52324-19

Assault-  On September 11, 2019, Dep. T. Snyder made contact with the victim who advised of an assault which occurred in the 20900 block of Point Lookout Road in Callaway.  Investigation determined Divante Quintil Kyler, age 28 of Callaway, assaulted the victim by choking the victim as well as striking the victim in the face with a closed fist.  Kyler was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree.  CASE# 52175-19
